What This Nomination Means
The New Member of the Year award recognizes newly inducted hotels that have demonstrated immediate engagement, passionate commitment, and excellence in advancing the mission of Historic Hotels Worldwide. Being selected as a finalist places us alongside distinguished properties from Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, and reaffirms our mission to preserve the legacy of our 1929 building while offering a boutique experience in the heart of Santiago.
The Road to Excellence
Each year, more than 200 hotels are nominated across multiple categories. A panel of experts in hospitality, history, and preservation carefully reviews the nominations, evaluating leadership, cultural contributions, and dedication to authenticity.
Ceremony in Seattle
The winners will be announced at the Historic Hotels Annual Awards of Excellence Ceremony & Gala, taking place on October 30, 2025, at the iconic Fairmont Olympic Hotel (1924) in Seattle, Washington. This highly anticipated event will gather owners, general managers, and industry leaders from around the world to celebrate the hotels that keep history alive.
